NOTE:  If you cancel your reservation more than 180 days from the date your deposit was received, we will need to deduct an additional $100 USD from your refund to cover the international wire fee. 

Yes!  Since we are located off the beaten path, we HIGHLY recommend that you rent a car.  There are very few taxis in town and we cannot guarantee their availability nor do we schedule them. 

CHECK-IN:  3:00 PM - 8:30 PM.  We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate early or late check-ins.

Loud behavior or music is not allowed at anytime. Please help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our property.  Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Even though we do not have high speed internet, most of the time we can work and stream videos without issue. If the internet were to go out, our internet technician/supplier comes out to fix it.  Due to the remoteness of our little town and how the signal can be affected by weather etc, we cannot guarantee that the internet won't go out and that the strength will be enough for what your work will require.

Excessive heat, rain, and wind may provoke electricity blackouts throughout the town.  In case of a loss of city electricity, we switch to our backup generator which runs everything except for the air conditioners.  During outages, the internet signal can be affected.

La Poza beach, which is located below our property is NOT a swimming beach. It is gorgeous and great for taking long walks, but the currents are very strong and the waves crash directly on the beach. In fact, none of the beaches in Todos Santos are recommended for swimming.

The town is about a 7-9 minute drive from the villas. It is about a 30-40 minute walk (not advisable at night).

We don't have a restaurant or bar on-site. We recommend visiting NA-HÁ. The restaurant and bar at our sister hotel La Poza Boutique hotel, just down the road. Open for breakfast and lunch. 

Yes, there is a dirt path down the hillside that leads over to the beach. It is about a 5-8 min hike.

We recommend Cerritos Beach for swimming. It is located about a 15 minute drive south of Todos Santos along highway 19 at km 64. You will find a restaurant and beach equipment rentals there.

Sorry but no. It can get pretty brisk in the winter months, but is perfect for the Summer!

Four-legged friends are awesome, but we do not accept animals of any kind.

We are so sorry, but no.  This is a steep hillside property with many stairs.  Our property is also not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
